SLCB Steps-up Customer Outreach

The indomitable and one hundred percent Sierra Leonean owned bank, Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB) has launched a series of activities towards customer satisfaction and improved financial service delivery commencing October this year.

These efforts indicate SLCB’s leading financial service posture in the commercial banking sector putting smiles on the faces of customers year on year.

A medley of pleasantries has been lined up in the SLCB Customers Services Week (CSW) 7TH -11th October, 2019. Customers who deposit five million Leones (Le5m) and above between October 7TH to the 11th October, 2019 will qualify for a raffle draw that lucky evening.

Star prize winner will enjoy a fully sponsored weekend vacation at Golden Tulips Hotel whilst first runner-up will get a dinner for two at Radisson Blu Hotel Aberdeen Freetown.

Also, there are a various prizes to be won at the event.

SLCB will also honoring its top 100 customers to a cocktail dinner on 12th October 2019 where the bank’s management and key executives intend to share lovely toasts and fine company with their esteemed crème de la crème.

An array of services and opportunities is set to be launched within the CSW; including Call Centre and Call Service. This facility will afford customers the opportunity to place calls for financial services offered at the bank.

With this service, customers can from the ease of their homes or offices enquire about their account balance, salaries and business payment, etc.

During the CSW as well, top management staff of the bank will engage in a meet and greet activity with customers coming to do financial transactions and other businesses at SLCB.
