Magistrate Isata Sellu Tucker, resident Magistrate Court No: 1 in Bo has ordered the arrestof one Bobson Kargbo who is alleged to have posed as a lawyer before the stipendiary Magistrate.
The alleged impersonator who after being interrogated by barrage of lawyers including Hon.Gevao, Lawyer Aggrey, Lawyer Mohamed Sherrif and Lawyer Coomber of the Legal Aid Board, later identified himself as a law student after having admitted being a lawyer.
Identified himself as a student of FBC with identification number 13346, he claimed being taught by Lecturers from the Law Department among who according to him are Lawyers, Quinson, Kobson and Nelson.
Brilliant though he appeared, he could only remember one Law Module,Land Law among plethora of law modules and also named AJ Momoh as his Hall in FBC.
He is up to press time detained at the Bo West Police Station.
Offence of Impersonation is a felonious offence try-able only at the High Court and a punishment not exceeding 7 years upon conviction.
